Project Background
Neomenia: The Rise of the New Moon is an award-winning, haunted walk-through attraction created for Haunt Comp 2022. In this haunt, guests must traverse the space exploration facility that has been overrun by cultists and an alien entity that emits a strange pheromone, lulling you into a psychedelic trance. The haunt highlights include projection mapping, an infinity floor, a strong embedded narrative, and a choice point where guests decide if they will resist or succumb to the alien entity.
Neomenia won third place overall during Haunt Comp 2022. This was a huge accomplishment for our all-women team because it was the first major project any of us had worked on. For the project, I acted as Project Manager and Show Writer.
